10 Victoria's Secret Models Reveal Their Runway Workouts
Being an angel has its sacrifices.
Every time we watch the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, we hit the gym again. The show is a display of the most shapely and slender bodies in the world, and year after year each model invited to the parade ensures that she goes through a strict preparation regimen.
This year, Elle magazine got the exercises of 10 of the beauties participating in the lingerie show. This is his training:
Kendall Jenner
"I go with Gunnar Peterson, he's the best and I've been training with him for a while religiously, and then I also do boxing so I'm in and out of both. I like hot yoga. I like things that make me sweat." .

"Last week wasn't very normal. I don't do this all year, but because of the parade, I did weight training on Monday. The next day I ran at the Mile High Run Club for cardio. The day before the show I didn't train so my body feels well rested

"I usually work out two or three times a week, I don't want to overdo it because naturally I'm pretty petite. I want to stay toned, so I do interval training, I really like Pilates. I went to a new place, New York Pilates."

"I work out three to five times a week, depending on my travels. I love using body weight. One day we do everything that can be done for the butt, the next it will be all about the abs, then the upper part of the body, then I rotate. "The last few months I've been training every day, and sometimes twice a day. Last week I did pilates, if I feel good I do 30 minutes of cardio. I always make sure to put cardio in my workouts. I do SoulCycle, then I go to the treadmill. I do strength training with a personal trainer at Dogpound. I also box sometimes!"

"I love running. Running is great. I box in the morning and then I run over a bridge and back, which is about 5 miles away. Then I have a mat and weights at home. I keep it light and easy."
Lais Ribeiro
"I like to vary it, I like to do weight training, pilates, yoga and I usually work out about five days a week. So I swap them between those days. Weight training is my favourite. I love building the shape of my body. I'm a little bit on the smaller side, so I try to develop my butt."
Gigi Hadid
"A week of training for me is super random, because it can start with a photo shoot on the beach where I run all day, so in a way it's a training. I box. I ride my horses. I play volleyball: sometimes I meet my volleyball coaches who I still talk to from time to time and I train with the kids who train now. They're little kids but they're all taller than me, great players and I love that. Practices change so I do what I feel, what makes me happy and how I have fun. I just do it naturally and let it be part of my life."

"A week of workouts includes a lot of weight lifting because I try to keep the weight off considering I'm naturally very skinny. Lots of leg lifts with ankle weights. Lots of stretching and lots of resistance band workouts. And that's basically...! A lot of that!
